I’m Leah, Universal parks enthusiast and the writer behind everything you find here. I kind of stumbled into becoming a Universal vacation writer when I started visiting in 2005. My husband and I had our first visit and we were hooked.
We loved the immersive attractions and finding a space to escape the everyday and enjoy ourselves. This was pre-Harry Potter days and Universal Orlando has evolved since our first visit 20 years ago.
On that first visit the crowds were non-existent. We rode Jaws alone. Just the two of us and the ride team member. It was a magical visit and we both fell in love with the parks.
Little did I know how much Universal would become a part of our lives.
Now we find ourselves visiting with our 3 kids and creating new incredible memories each trip. Our first trip as a family of five was in 2017. We have celebrated birthdays, holidays, and created family traditions at the Universal parks.
We have annual passes, even though we live in New York. Universal is our place. That brings me to this blog and you.
